We are looking for a Membership Officer to support our EDI and social justice work with member organisations and the wider housing sector across Wales. You will coordinate membership services and benefits, manage key administrative functions, and support the delivery of the Tai Pawb QED Award. The post holder will ensure that members are at the heart of all Tai Pawb activities.

Our remit is quite niche, so we don’t expect applicants to be experts in both equality and housing from day one. For this role, delivering a high-quality customer centric service and ensuring the smooth delivery of services, combined with the right values, is what matters most.

Additional Information:

Location: Home-working (occasional attendance at Cardiff office and travel)

Salary: £28,698

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Flexible, 35 contracted
