About Aelwyd Housing: Customer Services Team Leader
Aelwyd means ‘hearth’, the traditional heart of a home in the Welsh language, and we are a charitable housing association, with a Christian ethos and heritage.
We were formed in 1991 and have been providing homes and services across South Wales for almost 35 years. We own and manage 299 homes across eleven local authorities, with many of our homes built on former church land. The majority of our homes are flats suitable for people aged over 55 years of age, but we are increasingly acquiring more general needs homes in the heart of communities.
