We are looking for an individual to lead the strategic management of Grŵp Cynefin‘s asset portfolio, ensuring optimum performance, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective delivery of repair and maintenance services. This important role requires strong leadership in overseeing asset management strategies, implementing robust compliance frameworks, and driving efficiencies in maintenance operations.
The ideal candidate will lead a transformational change management programme to improve service delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the asset management and maintenance teams, alongside a wider group-wide organisational change programme.
You will work effectively and corporately with the Chief Executive, Director of Property and Investment, Senior Leadership Team and Management Board of Grŵp Cynefin to achieve the group’s purpose, mission and strategic objectives.
