Social Housing regulation in Wales serves to protect the interests and safety of tenants and public investment in our social housing stock. Aiming to strengthen the regulation function, we are recruiting to a new Ministerial advisory role to help shape future regulation policy and strategy.

Additional information:
Location: Meetings held in Cardiff, pan Wales and online.
Salary: £256 per day (or part thereof pro rata) plus travel and other expenses within reasonable limits
Contract: Initial appointment of 3 years which would be renewable subject to a satisfactory appraisal, up to a maximum of 6 years
Hours: Up to 8 days per year
