The successful candidate will lead the way in a diverse and exciting role. They will:

The Head of Business Improvement will work with senior management to set the direction for change and transformation of the organisation. The job holder will ensure we achieve our vision to be a modern, agile and professional organisation – both digital and data enabled.
The job holder will have the skills and ability to act quickly, meet challenges, and work to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for leading change programmes across the group by including digital transformation, establishing a new performance framework and other projects of strategic importance.
You will ensure that we are committed to providing the highest quality service to all our tenants and service users. You will ensure that all services under your leadership remain up-to-date in thinking and action and that our tenant’s voice is heard at all levels of the organisation.
You will work effectively and corporately with the Chief Executive, Director of Resources, Senior Leadership Team and Management Board of Grŵp Cynefin to achieve the group’s purpose, mission and strategic objectives.
