Summary:

We are looking for a passionate individual to act as the main liaison to the Association for tenants, potential tenants and the local community at large. You will ensure an effective housing management service so that Grŵp Cynefin excels: fair and effective letting of properties; maximizing the Association’s rental income; dealing with cases of anti-social behaviour.

About Us:

Grŵp Cynefin has been providing quality, safe and affordable housing over the six counties of north Wales and north Powys to over 8,000 people since 2014. We work hard to provide excellent housing and services, to contribute to the development of sustainable communities and to protect and promote the Welsh language with pride. We want to maximise the health and wellbeing of our communities, create life-changing opportunities and shape places that ensure a sustainable future.

Job Role:

You are expected to work effectively as part of the housing team to provide an effective and efficient housing management service to tenants and other clients, in accordance with the Association’s Customer Care policies, procedures and standards. You will be instrumental in developing effective tenant participation opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person; someone who thrives in a supportive environment and wants to make a difference.

We are looking for someone who has the same drive as us to provide sustainable homes and places where our customers want to live and your values should reflect ours.

If you have the drive and passion to be instrumental in making a difference to the future of our tenants, this is the job for you.

If you would like a further chat about the post, please contact Delyth Thomas, Housing Co-ordinator on 0300 111 2122.
