We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to develop the people strategies and processes needed to enable Grŵp Cynefin to be able to achieve its corporate objectives.  You will oversee all of Grŵp Cynefin’s human resources processes and exercises and lead and manage the Human Resources Team.

This position requires a dynamic Manager with extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).

Salary: £44,288 – £49,848
