We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work with the Maintenance team. The team provides all repairs and maintenance to vacant properties and tenants for the Group, as well as carrying out investment work through a planned programme.  The Manager will take responsibility and accountability for efficiently and effectively delivering proposed investment, responsive repairs and vacant property works to ensure agreed targets and timescales are met or exceeded.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work with the Maintenance team. The team provides all repairs and maintenance to vacant properties and tenants for the Group, as well as carrying out investment work through a planned programme.  The Manager will take responsibility and accountability for efficiently and effectively delivering proposed investment, responsive repairs and vacant property works to ensure agreed targets and timescales are met or exceeded.

The Manager will also ensure that the team inspects homes and construction sites during the pre-construction, works and post-completion period to assess compliance with Health and Safety, contract requirements and quality standards and ensure that all DPAs are monitored and met.

You will provide the highest possible standards of customer service ensuring that our customers are able to live in homes of the highest possible standards.

This position requires a dynamic Manager with motivational and inclusive leadership skills and the ability to effectively implement and manage change
