TPAS Cymru is a not-for-profit organisation, part funded by Welsh Government. For 35 years, we have worked across Wales in developing effective tenant engagement and tenant voice in housing through training, support, practical projects and policy development. About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us for this special role. As our Engagement Officer, you will work as part of a dynamic team to lead the delivery of exciting projects, training sessions, online & face to face events, membership support and communications. You will ensure that our work is planned, managed and delivered effectively and professionally.
Note: this is a role where the ability to communicate fluently in Welsh is essential
Across Wales, there are 222,000 social housing households (Council housing and Housing Associations) and 230,000 private renters.

Location: Hybrid home / office and out with members – based from our Colwyn Bay office with some travel across Wales
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £21,420
