  • As a member of the Affordable Homes team, you will act as the primary Affordable Housing Register contact. You will assist in ensuring that the service provided to the local authorities, developers and other partners in our relationship with them from the administration of the affordable registers is an excellent service in line with policies, procedures, standards and targets.
  • You will ensure that prospective buyers/potential tenants are effectively and promptly served for nomination to affordable housing schemes through the Section 106 Planning Agreement, as well as the affordable purchase and rent schemes of Grŵp Cynefin and the partners.

Additional information:

Agreement type: Permanent

Salary: £27,335 – £30,764 pro rata (salary may increase from 01.04.24)

Location: Penygroes and working from home

Working hours: 21 hours per week (work pattern tbc)

Holidays: 30 days a year plus the statutory bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year (pro rata)

Travel: Essential Car User

Pension: Grŵp Cynefin offers pension provision through the Social Housing Pension Scheme (SHPS)
