Housing associations’ purpose is to provide good quality, affordable and safe homes where people want to live.

Whether you’re working on the frontline, on a building site, or in an office; by working for a housing association, you are making a vital contribution to somebody’s life and wellbeing. Every single role is important and will make a difference.

There are 37 large housing associations across Wales and many smaller local ones. Together, they build and manage homes for approximately 10% of the Welsh population. There are over 200 different jobs in the sector, and lots of benefits to working for HAs including great flexible working, training and annual leave packages.
