Job Role:

First Choice Housing Association is looking for a Development Manager to deliver First Choice’s approved development programme. The right person will have a degree or equivalent in a construction related professional qualification. Ideally, the right person will have project management experience, working in a housing related field.

The right person will be a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, confident individual to join our team, with strong values that match those of the organisation.
