Summary:

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will provide an excellent financial support and business planning service to Care & Repair and develop positive internal and external working relationships. You must have relevant and proven finance and accounting experience in the preparation of management accounts, budgets and financial business planning.

About Us:

Care & Repair is the older persons champion in Wales and actively works to ensure that all older people have homes that are safe, secure and appropriate to their needs. Cwm Taf Care & Repair is a not-for-profit organisation that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cynon Taf Community Housing Group. The agency is funded by Welsh Government, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council and Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.

As part of our business model, we manage a successful Handyperson service that is modelled on social enterprise. The expansion of this service will be a key strategic objective for Care & Repair so excellent financial support in this business area will be essential.

Additional Information:

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £42,114 per annum

Location: Ferndale (currently hybrid working between office and home)

Hours: 35 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
