About Us:

Tai Pawb is the leading national organisation promoting equality and diversity in housing.
Our vision is Wales where everyone has the right to a good home. We support and work with our members to help them put ideas into practice, we influence policy makers to make housing policy fair and we are the thought leaders on equality, diversity and human rights issues for the housing sector and beyond.

“I love working at Tai Pawb because it’s an incredibly high-impact organisation dedicated to making meaningful changes in housing equality in Wales. Our team is friendly and highly professional. They inspire me and make the work enjoyable. Tai Pawb has supported me through training courses and education related to my role. Tai Pawb‘s commitment to flexible work arrangements, such as hybrid working and the four-day week, means I achieve a better work-life balance and still get to make a significant difference in Wales.”

Job Role:

We are looking for someone to provide strategic and operational leadership on Tai Pawb’s member services, income generation/fundraising and partnership project work. The post holder will lead on and drive the development of new business for Tai Pawb, building on the organisation’s reputation as Wales’ leading charity in equality, diversity and inclusion in housing. The post-holder will directly line-manage the Finance and Administration Officer, the Funding and Partnerships Manager and the Membership Manager. You’ll need to embrace the idea that in a small organisation, a role of this type is never really limited to strategic oversight and can include taking part in actual delivery in areas you lead on. This role is part of the leadership team at Tai Pawb alongside the Chief Executive and Head of Policy & Public Affairs.
