The role of our Committee Members is to monitor, guide and influence and provide the Board with assurance that decisions taken are in the best interests of ClwydAlyn. Committee Members should demonstrate integrity, objectivity and accountability and act in the best interests of ClwydAlyn and its Board and Committee.

  • IT and Cyber
  • Health and Safety
  • Legal
  • Governance and Risk

4 Committee Meetings a year 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm – 2 Strategic awaydays and a tour of our homes annually
