We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager. The L&D Manager will design, support and manager the delivery of corporate learning and development programmes, in line with targeted development needs of the Association’s Corporate Plan and individual Directorate goals. The L&D Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the Learning and Development functions within Grwp Cynefin. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning, enhancing staff capabilities and shaping our organisational culture.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to design, support, manage and deliver corporate learning and development programmes, in line with targeted development needs within the Association’s Corporate Plan and the aims of an individual Directorate. The DAD Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the Learning and Development functions at Grŵp Cynefin. This role is vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning, improving staff capabilities and shaping our organisational culture. The ideal Manager will have a passion for employee learning while supporting staff development, and ensuring an effective training strategy that aligns with our corporate values and plan to deliver quality housing solutions.
The Manager will collaborate with leadership and staff to foster a high-performance work environment that supports Grŵp Cynefin’s strategic goals. The role will focus on developing and implementing DAD strategies that align with the organization’s mission.
This position requires a dynamic Manager with extensive experience in DAD and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
