Summary:

We are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join our team to provide a professional and customer focused point of contact for our residents, partners and stakeholders.

About Us:

Bro Myrddin is a charitable not for profit Housing Association, led by a Board of up to 10 board members, providing housing across Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.

We build, improve and maintain around 950 homes and provide a range of housing services to our residents and other stakeholders.

Our residents include single people and families, young and older people and our homes range from individual flats and houses to sheltered housing schemes and hostels for people with care needs.

Job Role:

This is a diverse and challenging role which will require individuals with a commitment to Customer Services in an example of the following areas;

  • Answer and accurately record all contacts from incoming and outgoing calls.
  • To provide general advice to general enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail
  • Meet targets set by the Operations team leader and Operations Manager.

Qualifications: To have a good level of education (i.e. a minimum of 4 GCSEs, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)

Additional Information:

Contract:  Permanent

The successful candidate will be expected to work from home and on occasion in the office (with a view to return to working full time in the office when it is safe to do so). Training will be provided digitally where possible. Whilst working remotely, all equipment required to meet the requirements of this role will be provided by the association.

Post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
