Summary: Tenant Support Worker

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Team Assistant to join our Customer Contact Team.  This is a full time, permanent position.

The assistant will provide a courteous and efficient service to customers on a range of front-line customer services issues.  You will require a flexible approach, working as part of a busy and committed team on a weekly shift rota.

Job Role

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Team Assistant to join our Customer Contact Team.  This is a full time, permanent position.

The assistant will provide a courteous and efficient service to customers on a range of front-line customer services issues.  You will require a flexible approach, working as part of a busy and committed team on a weekly shift rota

Week 1: 8.00 – 16.00

Week 2: 9.00 – 17.00

The team will be jointly responsible for delivering a professional front line services to residents and provide administrative support to colleagues within People, Homes and Communities and anyone visiting or making an enquiry of the Association.

You will have a highly supportive line manager who will check in with you regularly to support you to perform well, help you sustain your well-being so that you flourish at work and coach you to continually grow your knowledge and skills. They will have your back and be available to you when you need them. They will listen to you, give you clarity and direction and make you feel included so that you cannot fail to have a highly positive experience at work.
