We are seeking a new Executive Support and People Officer who will provide proactive, confidential, professional and high level support to the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive/Director of Policy and oversee an effective and efficient high-level People administration service.

As Executive Support and People Officer, you will:

  • Provide proactive, confidential, professional and high level support to the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive/Director of Policy.
  • Oversee an effective and efficient high-level People administration service to the Director of Finance and Governance, also liaising with external HR consultants as and when required.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team with internal and external projects to drive the organisation forward.

Location: Flexible approach to where you work

Salary: £30,058 rising to £31,641 (after a successful 6 month probation)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (35 hours)
