Summary:

Being the first point of contact to residents and visitors coming into the project, you will be responsible for handling all enquiries and responsible for responding or re directing enquiries as appropriate. You will receive regular training and learning opportunities as we support you to progress in your career.

Job Role:

The role is a customer facing administrative one, primarily focusing on providing good levels of customer service to our residents and supporting the project manager and the team with reception duties and administrative tasks. You will be based within the project itself which is located on Newport Road in Cardiff.

Additional Information:

22 hours a week, working 10am-4pm 4 days a week, (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Flexible working in accordance with our Work life Balance Policy. Should business needs change, you may
be expected to work at our other sites.

DBS and reference checks required. Appointment will be confirmed only upon satisfactory response.
