Summary:

Our Neighbourhoods Team is a critical part of how MHA provides high quality housing management services to our communities. Dealing with a wide range of housing issues from anti-social behaviour to environmental works programmes, you will be a driving force in making sure our teams are well supported and able to meet their objectives.

The Company:

Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA) is a Welsh registered social landlord, located in the beautiful county of Monmouthshire.

We have nearly 250 staff and manage and maintain around 3,600 homes and 270 leasehold properties, as well as large numbers of garages and other land around and within our estates.

What we do

We build quality affordable homes and provide a wide range of services to our tenants, these include repairs, money and employment advice, as well as support and wellbeing services.

Our vision is to create thriving communities where tenants can prosper and have a brilliant quality of life, so our customers are absolutely at the centre of everything we do.

In the last year we have created modern, ‘innovative’ homes using advanced building techniques with a Standard Assessment Procedure rating in excess of 100.

MHA is a great place to work, as demonstrated by our position in the Sunday Times Top 100 not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK.  This hasn’t happened by accident – we really focus on getting great people into great jobs, and providing them with the support and direction to achieve our ambition

Job Role:

MHA has a number of specialist teams that deal with rent, lettings, serious ASB, customer services and support, so ensuring that you’re able to work in partnership to get the best result for tenants will be essential. We are looking for a high performing, motivated and positive individual to lead the team.
