I am very happy with both the quality and the quantity of the candidates we interviewed after advertising through Charity Job Finder. We had a very successful recruitment campaign filling both of our vacancies but the quality was such that it was a shame to tell some of the candidates that they were unsuccessful and we could have happily filled double the number of job vacancies we had.
